📖: Space Opera by Catherynne M Valente What a wild shift from Sarah J Mass' very stilted and brief prose, to Catherynne Valentine's winding and dense prose. It's not uncommon for me to get to the end of a paragraph and think 'was that ONE sentence?' It's a beautiful novel
